SONOCHEK is a digital ultrasonic detection device that can be used to detect silent waves and frequencies in air or metal racks. This device is mainly used to detect leaks in all industrial air, gas pressure pipes and vacuum systems. In particular, the leakage of compressed air and gas systems can be very expensive because more energy needs to be generated to compensate for the losses.
Its detection range is from 20 kHz to 100 kHz. These frequencies are not perceivable by the human ear, but SONOCHEK can detect them and make them audible and visible, while providing leakage details and assessing the total loss. All functions can be combined in a complete report. An integrated camera and microphone allow engineers to comment on the findings and complete the final report.
SONOCHEK is equipped with two applications for detecting and analyzing leaks and other abnormal conditions:
SONOLEVEL: pipeline leak detection, electrical inspection, trap inspection, machine condition monitoring
SONOLEAK: According to five different grades, it automatically conducts leakage analysis and evaluates the loss caused by leakage.

Parabolic long-distance sensor DBS30 (optional): can detect leaks from a distance of up to 25 m
Ultrasonic transmitter DBT10 (optional): for air tightness inspection of windows, doors and containers. It is also used in shipbuilding and aircraft manufacturing, road and railway vehicles. The signal strength can be adjusted according to the ambient sound level.
