The advantage of this type of spreader is that it can save the lifting height, and the lifting device can reduce the shaking of the spreader by using multiple lifting points. At the same time, the spreader has no rotation, and the simple guide plate provided by the spreader can greatly improve the work. effectiveness. It can be divided into joint spreaders, which are generally suitable for occasions where the container type is more complicated but is not very frequent, or it is necessary to take care of lifting containers and other common goods at the same time. The spreader has been connected to the spreader and the sling at the time of manufacture, and the user only needs to hang the lifting ring on the sling on the crane hook. The rotary lock mechanism of this type of spreader generally adopts a heavy hammer type or a ratchet type, and does not require an additional power source, and is convenient to install and use. Because the crane hook is generally unpowered and rotatable, the spreader hanging on the hook will also rotate. Therefore, when the type of spreader is used, it is necessary to have a person assisting the box below, and stacking the box over the yard. When using the 2nd floor, it is not suitable to use this type of spreader.
Master-slave spreader (female spreader). The sling spreader consists of two 20-foot and 40-foot spreaders. The 20-foot spreader is a fixed-coupled spreader for lifting 20-foot containers. When lifting a 40-foot container, lift it with a 20-foot spreader. Lift the feet and lift the 40-foot container with a 40-foot spreader. The 20-foot spreader and the 40-foot spreader each have a power source to drive the turn-lock mechanism. Due to the large size of the lifting point on the 40-foot spreader, the 40-foot spreader has a larger dead weight, generally more than 5t, so the lifting weight of the crane must exceed 45t to use the spreader. The advantage is that compared with the telescopic spreader, the spreader has low price, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
